St. Patrick’s Day Dinner & Auction To Benefit Cardinal Cushing Centers’ Students

South Weymouth – The 2012 St. Patrick’s Day Dinner and Auction to benefit students with special needs at Cardinal Cushing Centers in Hanover and Braintree will be held on Saturday, March 17, at the Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy. Sponsored by South Shore Savings Bank, the event will raise money for the annual “Trip of a Lifetime” to Disney World for the schools’ 2012 graduating classes, a tradition that began in 1996.

The Bank will host a “Shred Day” at their branch office at 1538 Turnpike Street in Stoughton on Saturday, June 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., during which people can bring their confidential documents to the Bank and watch as they are turned into confetti in a mobile shredding unit.

All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012.
